Risk & Reputation: implications of CPS 230
Industry -During November, TAL’s Partner Roundtable event brought together our lead risk, compliance and corporate affairs people for a discussion on Prudential Standard CPS 230 and its implications for operational risk management. With representation across our partner community, the session provided a valuable forum to discuss key preparation requirements and considerations for CPS 230 and its impact on super funds, insurers and the way we work together. During the session, an overview of TAL’s CPS 230 implementation plan and early findings were shared.
Challenges and opportunities for business continuity and critical operations
The discussion raised a number of potential challenges and opportunities for business continuity and critical operations including information sharing, risk management and assurance frameworks. It’s clear that early and ongoing engagement and collaboration will prove invaluable.

At TAL we’re committed to an approach which give you confidence in our delivery and continues to support ongoing collaboration.
