At TAL, our ambition is to make life insurance better understood and valued. We want to help better support you and your teams, whilst helping to address your informational and risk & compliance demands by delivering an educational platform that combines traditional learning modules with interactive and practical learning solutions.

So, we are pleased to let you know that TAL Insurance Academy is now available. Designed to offer a range of education options and on-demand training, TAL Insurance Academy learning includes:

• Fundamentals: courses designed for member-facing and insurance teams, these courses will give a comprehensive picture of the Australian life insurance landscape and increase knowledge of insurance in superannuation.
  
  
• TAL Essentials: learn about your life insurance partner, TAL. Showcasing our brand and our approach to digital, innovation and health as well as reinforcing how we deliver on our commitment to being there for members at claim time, when they need us most.
  
  
• Masterclasses: Immersive sessions designed to increase knowledge, skills and competency in insurance. With a focus on addressing challenges and opportunities, we will explore global and local trends, innovation, best practice and health. Delivered by industry SME’s, Masterclasses are developed and released on an ongoing basis, keeping content fresh, engaging and topical.

Who is Insurance Academy designed for?

We understand that each fund has a layered ecosystem of users who require varying degrees of knowledge and training of insurance to succeed in their role.  With that in mind, Insurance Academy will build over time to deliver a variety of content to meet these user needs. Insurance Fundamentals is primarily designed for member facing and new starters in insurance teams. TAL essentials is relevant for anyone interested in finding out more about their Insurance partner TAL. Masterclasses will contain a mix of content to appeal to different audiences but is primarily aimed at more tenured members of your teams.
